Our Return Policy

At UtsavNest, we strive to deliver high-quality festival decoration products. Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged in transit, have manufacturing defects, or if an incorrect product is delivered.

Non-Returnable Products

Due to the seasonal nature of our products, festival decoration items, customised products, and products that have been used, assembled, painted, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return unless they were received damaged or incorrect.

Return Request Process

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Share your order number, clear photographs of the product, and an unboxing video (if available) to help us verify the issue quickly.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been inspected and approved, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Replacement Policy

Where possible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
