Order Cancellation

Orders placed on UtsavNest may be cancelled only before they have been packed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

How to Cancel an Order

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible with your order number. We will confirm whether your order is still eligible for cancellation.

Seasonal Products

Most UtsavNest products are seasonal festival decorations manufactured or stocked specifically for festive demand. Therefore, orders for seasonal products cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

Custom & Personalized Products

Orders for customised, personalised, made-to-order or specially prepared products cannot be cancelled once production or processing has started.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch and payment has already been made, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.

UtsavNest reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, payment issues or circumstances beyond our control. If payment has already been received, a full refund will be issued.
